As part of our new expansion, we are looking for dedicated therapists in the Summerlin/Las Vegas area to join our team.

We are seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists to join our diverse team under the guidance of the Clinical Director. As part of Alleviant’s commitment to integrative health, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will conduct thorough mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to both adult and child patients. As an Alleviant therapist, you will be encouraged to explore innovative treatment options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine treatment, and embrace a holistic approach to mental health care.
Essential job functions
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies.
Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of referral resources across our Nevada service areas to support patient needs.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with facility policies.
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, healthcare team members, referral sources, and community agencies.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity, working effectively with a broad spectrum of individuals.
Uphold standards of excellence in all assignments and foster a supportive and professional environment.
The primary work location for this position will be at Alleviant Integrated Health Centers in Summerlin/Las Vegas, Nevada, with flexible options for telehealth work from a home office as needed. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though some flexibility may be available. Along with patient care, we encourage staff to participate in the positive and collaborative culture of Alleviant.
