Amerita works directly with KRMC to provide infusion services at our center.
Amerita’s skilled pharmacists and nurses coordinate closely with your doctor on your treatment plan.
Additionally, they provide you care and attend to your needs during the infusion process to assure your comfort and safety.
Medications you will infuse include: Immunoglobulin Therapy IV Antibiotics Anti-inflammatory Biologics Specialty medications Blood transfusions Iron Replacement Pain Management Self-injection training by a registered nurse
Adheres to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in Infusion nursing services, state laws and regulations Adheres to INS and IgNS standards of practice, CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and code of ethics as defined by American Nurses Association Collaborates with Mosaic staff to develop and monitor goals of patients’ therapies Assesses all patients assigned and establishes and implements the Plan of Care Educates patients and caregivers Evaluates progress toward goals and makes recommendations to physicians for changes in the Plan of Care based on patients’ needs Completes comprehensive documentation of infusion patients
USD $40.00 - $43.00 / Hour
Requires a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, a valid state license, and current CPR certification. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as an SLP and the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
