Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we are looking for a per diem SLP to work in our outpatient clinic located in Mohegan Lake. Hours are flexible based on your convenience. We have just partnered NYU and will be receiving referrals directly from their system. Job Type: Per Diem Pay rate: $60/hour Metro is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Speech Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Must have experience working with both pediatrics and adults Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
