Provides spiritual care to patients, their family members and organizational staff experiencing challenge or crisis.
Performs spiritual care visits, public worship services and outreach services in assigned areas or to specific faith groups as needed/requested.
Assesses and responds to the spiritual and emotional needs of those counseled, including crisis intervention and bereavement.
Participates in an interdisciplinary approach to spiritual care and patient health.
Documents visits and interventions appropriately according to the standards of the healthcare organization.

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
