Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments Perform procedures, including laceration repair and splinting Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for NP candidates Active Oklahoma license or the ability to obtain one DEA registration or the ability to obtain one Current BLS certification Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred, but motivated candidates with applicable clinical experience will also be considered
