We’re seeking an Engagement Assistant to support resident activities in our Independent and Assisted Living communities. Reporting to the Engagement Specialist, you’ll help residents participate in meaningful programs, coordinate outings, and assist with events that enrich the daily lives of our residents.

Requires a high school diploma with a preference for degrees in Social Services or Business and three years of assisted living experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a Commercial Driver's License is preferred.
