Provide professional nursing care in a high-acuity Emergency Department, including triaging and treating patients of all ages. Coordinate seamlessly with physicians, EMS, and other hospital departments to ensure safe and timely patient care.

Job Qualifications Required Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact RN eligible). BLS and ACLS (AHA) active at hire. NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 3 months of hire.
Pediatric credential: PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire. TNCC within 12 months of hire. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families; proficient English reading/writing/speaking. Preferred 1+ year Emergency or Critical Care RN experience; 2–5 years total RN experience. CEN certification. Strong assessment/triage skills and experience across cardiac, trauma, medical/surgical, and pediatric emergencies.

Status: Full-time; part-time opportunities may be available.
Variable/rotating; may include 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays based on department needs.
