The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is an essential member of the treatment team, serving as the primary connection between clients, clinical staff, and medical providers. Working under the direction of the BHT Manager, the BHT helps implement individualized treatment plans by monitoring client well-being, providing daily support, and maintaining a therapeutic environment that promotes recovery.
