Are you a bilingual caregiver fluent in both English and Spanish who is passionate about helping seniors remain safe and independent at home? Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for clients throughout the Milwaukee area.
This position is ideal for caregivers who have experience with personal care, companionship, and mobility assistance, and who enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication reminders Safely assist clients with transfers using Hoyer lifts and other mobility equipment when required Transport clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, and errands Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Follow each client's individualized care plan and accurately communicate updates to the care team
Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, or personal care experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required Comfortable providing care for clients with a variety of care needs Comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs Comfortable caring for clients who smoke Experience with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, or other transfer equipment is a plus Dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality care Strong communication and interpersonal skills
