● DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active NY license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license ● GPR/AEGD training ideal Broad scope of General Dentistry procedures including ENDO and surgical extractions ● Ethical patient-centric provider ● Coachable, Team-Oriented ● Great work ethic, motivated for success
Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited university with an active New York license and DEA license. GPR/AEGD training and proficiency in endodontics and surgical extractions are preferred.
