Description The Lifted Difference At Lifted Hospice, our mission is simple yet powerful: Helping people live life to the fullest. We serve the communities where we live and work by delivering compassionate, clinically excellent end-of-life care. With a commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality of life, we walk alongside patients and their families—meeting them where they are, when they need it most.

What makes us different is how we show up. We care for patients and families like they’re our own—and we support each other the same way. At Lifted Hospice, you’ll be part of a culture built on trust, unity, and joy. We serve from a place of favor, and we never forget the sacredness of what we do.

Keeping clear records – Documenting care and updates accurately in line with all standards and requirements. Supporting families – Educating and encouraging caregivers, offering emotional support, and helping families feel prepared and confident.

You will also meet with your local team of social workers, chaplains, physicians, fellow nurses and our medical director to align patient care plans and ensure every patient and family receives the holistic, compassionate support they deserve bi-weekly.

Market context

Texas nursing roles need licensed LVNs

In Texas, nursing roles like this often draw steady demand in dialysis and other patient-care settings because employers need licensed LVN/LPN candidates who can start safely and learn specialized workflows. These positions can be competitive when they require a current license, preferred dialysis experience, and completion of a training program soon after hire. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm you meet the license, color-recognition, and training expectations before applying.
