The Maternity LPN will prepare patients for examination and treatment.
The Maternity LPN will also conduct and document assessments of patient needs and provide timely communication with patients, make inquiries, execute follow-up tasks, and help to integrate information into care plans.
The Maternity LPN will also be trained as a Scrub Tech to assist with surgical Birth/Delivery procedures.
So applicants must be open to training on 1st shift.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with a current New York State LPN certification. A current Basic Life Support certification is also required.
