Premier Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our exceptional outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation team! You'll work alongside experienced orthopedic specialists and an outstanding group of therapists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What you'll do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.

Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality patient care.

Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Candidates licensed prior to 2003 with a qualifying Physical Therapy degree will also be considered.
  • Current or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
