We are seeking a New Grad Dentist who shares our passion for patient care, education, and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a new dentist looking to build clinical confidence while receiving dedicated mentorship and support.
This position is based out of our Montgomery practice, where you will receive mentorship and support while providing coverage for our Clanton office and, occasionally, our Tuscaloosa location. The preferred schedule is Tuesday–Friday, with flexibility for candidates seeking a different schedule.
We provide the necessary support for our providers to be successful. While you focus on patient care with complete clinical independence, we focus on the other aspects of the practice including Clinical Development, Marketing, IT, HR, Operations Management, Compliance, Accounting & Finance, etc.

Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree. A current state dentist licensure and certifications with no adverse actions are required.
