The Float Medical Assistant provides clinical support to providers and patients at both the veriMED Health Group Riverview and veriMED Health Group Sun City offices. This position travels between both locations as needed to ensure adequate staffing, maintain efficient clinic operations, and deliver high-quality patient care.

The Float Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers at the veriMED Health Group Riverview and veriMED Health Group Sun City offices. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in the EMR, assisting with examinations and procedures, administering medications and injections as directed, performing laboratory specimen collection, maintaining exam rooms, and supporting daily clinic operations. The Float MA travels between both offices as needed to ensure adequate staffing, efficient workflow, and high-quality patient care.
The candidate must be able to travel between the Riverview and Sun City offices to ensure adequate staffing. Proficiency in clinical tasks such as obtaining vitals and specimen collection is required.
