Qualifications

  • We're looking for professionals who have: ✔ Current unrestricted Dental Hygienist license: Associates or Bachelors: Must be program accredited by CODA ✔ Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross ✔ U.S. Citizenship ✔ Ability to successfully complete federal credentialing, background investigation, and occupational health requirements Previous military, VA, or federal healthcare experience is welcomed but not required. What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienist, you'll provide preventive and therapeutic dental care while working alongside an experienced military dental team. Responsibilities include:
  • Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
  • Complete oral health assessments
  • Educate patients on preventive dental care
  • Take dental radiographs
  • Document patient care in CHCS, AHLTA, or MHS GENESIS
  • Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
