Essential Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, annual wellness visits, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Promote preventive health measures, screenings, and wellness initiatives.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
What We're Looking For
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
