Phlebotomy Technicians serve a more vital role than ever before in the care of patients, thanks to increasing demands to provide patient samples for diagnostic testing. The caregiver in this role will primarily travel to nursing homes to draw at those sites as well as float to inpatient phlebotomy, as needed. Travelling to patients allows more prompt care with less inconvenience to the patients because they don’t have to travel to a draw site. This is a fulfilling role that will allow you to have a direct impact on positive patient experiences each day.
