We offer the opportunity to earn $120,000+, with total compensation valued up to $130,000+ including benefits, supported by structured mentorship, clinical development, and a clear growth path within an independently operated practice.

NJDPT offers a long-term career path without the high-volume feel of many corporate outpatient models.

Our clinicians typically treat 1–2 patients per hour, allowing time for individualized care, clinical growth, and work-life balance.
