The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in the POC system. They are responsible for demonstrating time management and prioritization of tasks.
Overview The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
