The Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Occupational Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a California Occupational Therapist License and BLS certification. One year of experience and familiarity with Epic EMR are preferred.
