The Staff Nurse provides clinical care and supervises department partnerships to ensure positive patient outcomes. They are responsible for assessing patient data and interpreting information to identify needs based on age and condition.
The Staff Nurse demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to provide clinical care and supervise department partnerships to achieve positive patient outcomes. The Staff Nurse demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span, and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information required to identify needs of the patient relative to his/her age and condition. Minimum Requirements American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Current license as a RN in the state of North Carolina. Demonstrates competencies in nursing practice. Basic computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Range Staff Nurse (outpatient) hourly range > $30.00 - $43.73 Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.
