Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health needs Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development Connect clients with community resources and support services as appropriate
