Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health needs Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development Connect clients with community resources and support services as appropriate
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active or eligible licensure in Maryland (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations across the lifespan Empathetic, client-centered approach with strong professional boundaries About Us: Open Arms and Hearts is a trusted provider of substance abuse services in Pokomoke City, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every client we serve.
