• Computed Tomography (CT) certified OR
• NMTCB registered (CT) certification

• July 1, 2022: CT certification is not required if not already held; however, existing CT certifications must be maintained.
• CPR – American Heart Association.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
