The provider will assess, plan, and implement care for oncology patients in an outpatient setting while prescribing drug therapies per protocol. They will also serve as a liaison between inpatient, skilled nursing, and home settings to ensure continuity of care.

Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (MSN) or Physician Assistant with current CPR certification. Two years of post-certification experience in hematology/oncology is preferred.
