Position Overview

Little Company of Mary Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our General Surgery team.

This position offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, working closely with experienced surgeons to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for general surgery patients across inpatient and outpatient settings Conduct pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up visits Assist in the operating room (preferred, but not required depending on experience) Manage surgical consults, rounding, and patient care coordination Perform procedures within scope of practice Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR BENEFITS & PERKS: OSF HealthCare offers a comprehensive Compensation and Total Rewards Package which includes: Generous paid time off!

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
