Position: RN, Wound Care Nurse
South Carolina Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license, Wound Care Certification Preferred.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and Certification
Work with IDT to assure accurate patient assessment and development of plans of care related to wounds and wound prevention
Maintain ongoing communication with providers, patients, and families
Complete wound assessment on admission or hospital return within 24 to 72 hours of admission.
Perform accurate measure of pressure ulcers report to center leadership team
Participate in weekly center leadership meetings
Oversee the development of QA/Performance Improvement plans for wound prevention and healing
Carry out education and disciplinary action as indicated.
Other duties as assigned.
