Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Women’s Surgical Specialty Unit.
This role will be Part-time Night Shift: 2x12 hour shifts per week, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Coordinates care across disciplines, ensuring effective transitions. Documents patient care activities and assists team members. Evaluates care processes and adjusts plans based on patient progress. Makes clinical decisions based on data, experience, and intuition. Fosters cooperation and respect among clinical disciplines. Guides staff in assessing patient learning needs and outcomes. Serves as a clinical resource, preceptor, and mentor, and supervises patient care activities. Utilizes care delivery standards, integrating communication, technology, and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.
Education
BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
