Position: Radiology/Stress Testing Nurse Float (RN)
Full Time Pay Rate: Hourly $34.52 - $47.05 (dependent on experience) Additional $2.00 hour for BSN degree, additional $1.00 hour for approved certifications
Dependent on Job Status Medical Insurance - (multiple plans available) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Retirement Generous Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and prepare patients for procedures, infusions, or stress testing Administer medications, as ordered Monitor patients during and after procedures, stress testing, or infusions, recognizing and responding to complications Start and manage IV lines and maintain vascular access Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions Collaborate effectively with radiologists, providers, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Work one emergency shift per week
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. Must hold a current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license and BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS required within six months. Experience in Radiology Procedural or Emergency Department nursing is preferred.
