JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 18 years of age One of the following certifications: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Expired CNA, PSS (Personal Support Specialist), DSW (Direct Support Worker) Willing to complete the required DSW (Direct Service Worker) training class if has no certifications Senior Caregiving - 1+ years of prior experience (Professional or Personal) Reliable Transportation Valid Driver's License, Auto Registration & Insurance Strong English Communication Skills - (Reading, Writing, Speaking) Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision Dedication, Reliability, Dependability, Punctuality & Attentiveness Genuine Interest in Caring for Seniors - Patience / Compassion / Good Listening Skills Two Professional References are Required
