What You Will Do Provide exceptional hygiene care including cleanings, full-mouth debridement, and periodontal therapy Perform comprehensive periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and patient health assessments Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos Educate patients on oral health and preventive care in a way that actually connects with them Document treatment accurately and efficiently Partner with the doctor and team to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience Build genuine long-term relationships with your patient base What We Are Looking For Active Texas Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required Private practice experience strongly preferred Gentle, thorough, and passionate about preventive care Strong communicator who connects easily with patients of all ages Reliable, professional, and a true team player Proficiency in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar practice management software preferred
