How you’ll contribute A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role: Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state PT license and possess a degree from an accredited school.
Additional requirements include: Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
Current PT license.

Applicants must hold a current state PT license and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. CPR certification is required, and previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
