The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs to help them regain independence. They also handle clinical documentation, educate patients on their injuries, and collaborate with physicians to improve quality of care.
Where You’ll Work CHI St.
Alexius Health Garrison includes the services of a 22-bed critical access hospital, a 26-bed skilled nursing facility, an attached rural health clinic, and a newly remodeled Emergency Department that is available 24 hours a day.
We offer many outpatient services, including physical therapy, radiology services, laboratory services, cardiac rehabilitation, and IV treatments.

Garrison Memorial Hospital is equipped with 4 emergency rooms, on-site lab, radiology, CT and physical therapy services.

As Our RPT, You Will: Transform Lives: Evaluate patients, design, implement, and progress individualized rehabilitation programs, including effective home exercises.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of patient notes, certifications, and treatment instructions.
Educate & Empower: Clearly explain injuries, treatment goals, and ensure patient understanding and satisfaction with their care.
Innovate & Lead: Develop new programs, collaborate with physicians to foster referrals, and continuously seek ways to improve quality of care.
Grow & Develop: Supervise students, teach classes, and engage in public speaking opportunities.
