What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. What we need from you: Ideally - prior experience as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) in a licensed nursing home. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience helpful Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is also helpful

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
