A Day in the Life As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will be a critical part of making a difference in the lives of our patients. We are partnered with Mary Free Bed, so rest assured we provide the best to our employees so they can give the best to our patients. In this role, you will assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provide education and support to both patients and their family including written instructions as necessary. You will be part of a great team! You will maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions. The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for delivering treatment and physical interventions for patients under a care plan established by a physical therapist.
What’s Required Physical Therapist: Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy State of Michigan Physical Therapy License Assistant: Associate's Degree graduate from an approved Physical Therapy Assistant Program Previous clinical experience is preferred, but not mandatory
