Market context

Iowa OT roles favor rehab experience

In Iowa, Occupational Therapist openings are often tied to skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation settings, where employers look for candidates who can support functional recovery and discharge planning. These roles can be competitive because a current or eligible Iowa license, accredited OT training, and experience in rehab settings are common screening points. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and highlight any SNF or post-acute experience in your application.
