Job Title: Caregiver / In-Home Aide
Reports To: Director of Home Care
Status: Weekend shifts
Flexible - Part-time or Full-time hours available
This position provides personal care and/or home management tasks to clients requesting and eligible for Caregiver services, under the direction of the RN.
• Caregiving experience preferred
Other duties
Report to work on time, ready for shift, and appropriately dressed for role.
Consistently demonstrate Four Seasons values and competencies
Complete required orientation and on-going training
Participate in ongoing education and training offered by the agency and/or outside resources as required for role.
Practice professional boundaries and behaviors and communication.
Practice personal and environmental safety.
Perform other duties as assigned by register nurse, Office Manager, or Director.
Caregiving experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance is required. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
