The CNA Home Health aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Requires a valid Oregon Nursing Assistant license and a Washington license within 60 days of hire. Candidates must have BLS certification and at least 2 years of experience, or be a current nursing student with a CNA.
