Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a NAACLS accredited MLS program.

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences.

Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology, or Upon hire: National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology, or Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology, or Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists, or Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Medical Technologist 1 year experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in a department in the laboratory or exceeds principal duties and functions in the MLS I job description.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related science field and a national certification from ASCP or AMT. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
