Market context

Sleep lab roles remain specialized in Minnesota

Polysomnographer Tech II, RT roles in Minnesota are typically driven by ongoing demand for sleep studies and respiratory care support in hospital and clinic settings. These positions are competitive because employers often want a completed polysomnography program, RPSGT or RST certification, one year of sleep-clinic experience, and current CPR, while benefits like retirement match, tuition reimbursement, and certification support can help offset the credentialing path. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification status and recent sleep-lab experience before applying.
