Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Russian-speaking Caregiver to provide in-home assistance to an elderly female client in Volo, Illinois. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing personal care for clients with limited mobility and is committed to delivering respectful, high-quality care.

Assist the client with grooming and dressing. Provide bed baths and assist with showers as needed. Perform diaper changes while maintaining the client's dignity and comfort. Prepare meals and assist with cooking. Assist with wheelchair mobility and safe transfers, as needed. Grocery shop and assist with household errands. Perform light housekeeping, including general cleaning. Complete laundry as needed. Observe and report any changes in the client's physical condition, mood, or overall well-being. Communicate concerns promptly to the supervisor or designated contact.
Fluent in Russian (required). Valid authorization to work in the United States. Previous experience caring for elderly clients, particularly those using a wheelchair, is preferred. Experience providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care. Compassionate, reliable, patient, and professional. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
