University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Workers in Howell, MI. As a Caregiver Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times.
  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
