Licensed Practical Nurse

🩺 what you'll do

As an LPN, you'll provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care by

• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes
• Assisting with assessments and care planning
• Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants
• Collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations

• ✅ qualifications
• Current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term care or geriatric experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
