We are searching for a competent, conscientious, service-oriented individual with effective time management skills and strong character while working for our gastroenterology medical office(s) performing Fibroscans/Velacur tests.
They will be working under the direction of Director of Operations.
Ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and all safety protocols are followed. Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to schedule patients for imaging procedures. Provide patient education & preparation instructions regarding the FibroScan/Velacur. Performs and completes FibroScan/Velacur appointments. Schedules courier service for FibroScan/Velacur transport. Prepare, retrieve and/or assembling medical record documentation and reports from electronic medical record system. Assist in data collection and reports. Effectively utilizes resources, time-management skills and organizes own work. Cooperates with facility healthcare personnel and complies with policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Reliable transportation. Travel to multiple site required. Able to lift 20 pounds. Able to stand for periods of time. Strong attention to detail. Willing to train the right candidate. The corporate headquarters (CBO) is located in beautiful Feather Sound (Clearwater).
