We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in St. Louis, MO. Our clinic integrates chiropractic and physical therapy services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. Perform initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes Supervise and delegate treatment to up to two (2) Full-Time Equivalent Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Wisconsin regulations Collaborate with chiropractic providers to coordinate integrated treatment plans Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation
Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (required) Experience in outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, or sports rehabilitation preferred Ability to supervise PTAs and provide clear clinical direction Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and documentation abilities Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-driven care
