Under the Leadership of the Unit Manager, Supervisor, and /or Charge Nurse, is responsible and accountable for the planning, directing, assessing, and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy and procedures of Barstow Community Hospital. Important dimensions of this position consists of quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, good public/customer relations and a fundamental nursing knowledge.Complete all other assignment as directed.
Pay $48.00 - $76.07 Per Hour
Requires fundamental nursing knowledge and a professional commitment to teamwork and patient safety. Must be able to perform duties under the direction of unit leadership.
