What you’ll do
Safely administer medications according to physician orders and individual care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly notify nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
Build meaningful connections with residents and team members.
Help create a positive and supportive community environment.
What we’re looking for
Active Nebraska 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
Availability to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
