What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.) Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments
Must be a graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program with an active LVN/LPN license. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation for attendance.
