Provide person-centered care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans. Responsible for the timely administration of medications and collaborating with the clinical team to meet resident needs.

Compensation: Between $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Commensurate with experience.
What you will need
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Current CNA or HHA certification in the state of New Jersey.
Current certification for Medication Administration for the state of New Jersey.
Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.
Current CPR certification is required.
